SRAMs

SRAM (Static RAM) is random access memory RAM that retains data bits in its memory as long as power is being supplied. DRAM (Dynamic RAM ) stores bits, in cells that are composed of capacitors and transistors. Unlike DRAM which needs to be periodically refreshed, SRAM does not. SRAM provides faster access to data , which is why SRAM has faster memory access.
