Bipolar (BJT) - Arrays

A Transistor Array contains two or more transistors in the same package. The transistors in a transistor array are on a common substrate to ensure close parameter matching and thermal tracking.

Transistor arrays are used for function generation, low-level/low-noise amplifiers and other general purpose applications.
